With commissioning a character illustration from me, you are aware that my art style and the given color palette might variate slightly due to my rendering process and continuing improvement over the time. I take my time to deliver the best work I can!

I accept commission requests through the given order form or Email ([email protected]) (or VGEN)

I have the right to decline any commission requests if I feel unable to fulfill your requests

I will start with the commission AFTER accepting and receiving half (or full) payment

I'll contact you via Twitter, Discord, Vgen or Email to confirm the commission slot and discuss further about it

Please give me up to 3 weekdays to go over your form to contact and put you on my commission queue list. If I don't contact you or your name is not on the commission queue within a week, your request has been declined

Please ONLY commission me If you own the funds and I am able to contact you through the given email and username

No refunds are possible after the commission has been started (sketch state)

The estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks once I start with the commission. Design commissions can take up to 2-5 weeks. For priority and rush, a rush fee will be added. Please check the queue regularly for updates

If you want to keep the commission private, please let me know beforehand. If your commission is not private, I am allowed to stream the process and post WIPS on my social media (more info in section C.COPYRIGHT)

If all the slots for the month are taken, you will be automatically listed on the waitlist for the next batch. You have 1 week to reply after I message you about your waitlist slot, If you don't reply in that timeframe, your right to the slot will be taken away. You can ask for a waitlist slot when they are open.

PROCESS: 50% payment > work and sketch delivery (watermarked) > after other 50% payment > finishing the full artwork > delivery

Payment is through Paypal invoice or VGEN only

I only accept payments in €(Euro), please make sure that you are paying in the right currency

No refunds once I start to work on the commission (only possible if commission hasn't been started or the refund is given by me)

I will only start or continue to work on the commission once the payment has been fulfilled, until then the commission is going into standby. Delivery times can vary because of this system so please make sure to own the funds beforehand to make the process as fast as possible!

I claim all the rights of the commissioned artwork, not the buyer.

I may display the final work on my website, stream the process on Twitch, share WIPs, and post it on social media unless the client requests privacy until a specific time or deadline

an NDA is required if the client wishes to keep the work completely private (or a deadline for over 12 months)

you are NOT ALLOWED to use the artwork for commercial purposes unless agreed otherwise or commercial fees are paid. (for merchandise, selling prints, etc.)

you can use the commissioned piece for personal use. (social media, streams etc. is allowed, but please properly credit me)

You are NOT ALLOWED to remove my signature from the artwork

It's strictly prohibited to use my work for AI or NFT purposes

You can't claim my work as your own and it's prohibited to sell, reproduce, edit, change, or modify without my permission

It's prohibited to trace my work in any way
